MEET DALE
Meet our principle consultant. His focus is creating a work/life balance. While being a generational construction worker, through education and training he is now at the pinnacle of his construction career.
Dale started his construction career as a journeyman carpenter but with the intent to leave construction, he is a graduate of the University of Lethbridge with a degree in Geography & Environmental Science. Upon graduation, the pull to work in construction brought him back. He is a Project Manager and has several other trainings and courses that has make him an expert in a number of construction disciplines.
Dale is passionate about his family and family related activities. He enjoys camping, quading, skiing and nature. Most of his leisure activities are centered around family.

Dale also enjoys sports. Basketball is a lifetime endeavor either playing, refereeing or coaching.
Dale is a hobby woodworker. Nothing like taking your work home with you.

Dale has surrounded himself with a number of industry experts who assist with consulting endeavours as needed. You may meet some of them when they come to your job site.
